Please note, the MRP is closing and future inquiries for registration will be forwarded to the International Paramedic Registry.

The Malta Registry of Paramedics provided a verification service where we can confirm that all of our EMTs and Paramedics meet the following criteria:

Passed an accredited qualification programme that is at least 1500 hours for paramedics or 120 hours for EMTs.

Have current BLS, ACLS and ITLS certifications.

Have at least 200 patient contact hours in the past two years.

Have at least 96 CPD hours in the past two years.

The MRP does not give a license to practice. That can only come from a governmental authority.
